Thank you for shopping at Canvasquared. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Necessary note on Color consistency

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Quality Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

If your claim is validated, we will notify you and try to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund if your claim is validated.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us at info@canvasquared.com  

Wrong Address

If you or provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Rejected by the Recipient

If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are not able to receive the order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please get in touch with us at info@canvasquared.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected a refound request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@canvasquared.com.

Return Policy

Due to warehouse limitations we prefer to avoid returns and instead kindly ask to contact us for a complimentary replacement order or to claim a refund at info@canvasquared.com providing us the reason for your request. For refund details read the "Refunds" policy.
